This total body conditioning class maximizes caloric burn while also serving as an excellent introduction to basic boxing techniques. Designed for both men and women, everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary. Keep your hands up and hit 'em hard!
**This class requires boxing hand wraps and boxing gloves to protect the bones in your hands and wrists.
**Due to Covid19, we are not currently able to provide community gloves for use during class. Each participant must have his/her own gloves.
